Collectively, our small and energetic team has over 50 years of senior experience in the PR industry. Together, we have proven competence in creating integrated communication solutions that employ traditional and digital media effectively across startups, admired brands, rising stars and some of the most established companies around the globe.

Lars Voedisch is an experienced global communications and business professional with 20 years of expertise in growing, managing and defending leading brands’ reputation from an in-house and agency perspective as consultant, trainer, and conference/webinar/podcast host. He started and runs PRecious Communications, an award-winning regional strategic communications consultancy that works with young brands, startups, global market leaders and government agencies.
Together with the team at PRecious Communications, Lars has provided top-level strategic direction to over 500 start- and scale-ups as well as Venture Capital firms, including over 20 unicorns and supported various funding rounds, M&A activities and IPOs.
Lars has worked with some of the most exciting and innovative brands, including AppsFlyer, AT&T, Bundesliga, Carsome, Citi, ClubMed, Coca Cola, DBS, Fidelity International, Huobi, Lufthansa, McAfee, NinjaVan, Palo Alto Networks, Porsche, Procter & Gamble, Sequoia, Traveloka, and the United Nations. Lars is a sought-after trainer and speaker on leadership and strategic communications with worldwide engagements including Australia, China, Dubai, Europe, Japan, Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Prior to starting PRecious Communications in 2012, he worked with companies including Hill+Knowlton Strategies as Executive Director, Managing Consultant at Dow Jones, Account Director with FleishmanHillard, Corporate Communications Manager at DHL and President of AIESEC in Germany after serving multiple roles as a journalist across print and broadcast.
In 2017, The Marketing Institute of Singapore honoured Lars with the “Best Personal Brand Award – Public Relations Strategist” for his continuous work of educating and sharing insights about the world of public relations.
Lars holds a Master of Economics from the University of Hannover, Germany.


Robin’s vast experience in PR and marketing communications have equipped him with knowledge in developing integrated PR and digital campaigns for corporate and consumer brands. Having close to 15 years of experience, Robin was instrumental in creating brand campaigns and led strategic counsel in areas pertaining to retail, new retail, and issues and crisis management.
Previously, Robin worked at Allison+Partners, managing the integrated consumer practice where he led multiple consumer and retail campaigns with creative communications programmes to achieve brand loyalty and stickiness with different stakeholders, thus driving footfall to retail malls and events in Singapore.
Some of the brands that Robin has worked on include Plaza Singapura, NEX, Artbox Asia, Ascott Orchard, Brotzeit, Carousell, foodpanda, honestbee, Marina Bay Singapore Countdown, Singapore Kindness Movement, YOTEL, Young Living, Bosch Home Appliances, Carousell, Food Republic and more.
Robin is part of the founding team of PRecious Communications and now provides strategic direction and leadership in the corporate, consumer and integrated marketing communications practices regionally.

An innate curiosity for words paved the way for a career where Arun had the opportunity to create influence, build brands and manage reputation. Journalist, PR practitioner, corporate and marketing communications professional – these are the variety of hats that she has donned in the last 18 years.
Arun’s professional journey started as a copy editor and features writer in India’s leading business broadsheet – The Economic Times. She moved on to the public relations industry, specialising in B2B and technology communications. Arun has worked on many brands like Canon, Hitachi, and Savvis and led the regional communications strategy for global networks like Omnicom and Havas, focussing on advertising technology.
Arun’s background in technology PR has proved to be an advantage at a time when technology has dramatically changed and disrupted our lives. Her strengths lie in understanding the language of technology and breaking it down into engaging stories – that communicate the brand’s value proposition in the area.
A connector of ideas and people with a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management, sustainability, and corporate reputation to deliver communication objectives, Arun has advised the C-suite on communication strategy and earned their trust through value-driven counsel. Her personal belief is that every brand, no matter how abstract, has a story to tell, and great content brings it to life.
She holds a Masters in Advertising and Communications from the University of Leeds and enjoys solo travelling and trekking.

Busakorn has more than 24 years in content development and marketing management. Her past accounts include Dell Corporation (Thailand), HTC Thailand, Google Thailand, FiberOne, ETDA (Electronic Transactions Development Agency), Toyota Tsusho Nexty Electronics, AppSynth, HomeyMee, DEPA (Digital Economy Promotion Agency), Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) to name a few.
Prior to joining PRecious Communications as, she was the marketing communication specialist for Schneider (Thailand) Ltd, account manager for APPR Media Co., communication specialist for IBM Thailand and IBM Solutions Delivery, news editor for Business.com magazine and Internet Magazine and IT journalist for Thailand Times.

Rachmad Tri Octaviadi (Oddie) brings with him more than 20 years of experience in PR, strategic communications, and digital marketing. As a dedicated and seasoned communications specialist, Oddie has devoted his career to advising companies on how to achieve their communication and business objectives. Holding degrees in Computer Science and Computer Animation from esteemed universities in the United States, his knowledge and expertise in the field are both broad and deep.
In his previous roles, Oddie has provided counsel and led local initiatives for renowned clients such as Qualcomm, Twitter, Changi Airport Group, LaLiga, Dell, and Shell Indonesia, among others. Collaborating closely with these brands and companies has allowed him to acquire extensive knowledge and expertise in areas including technology, energy, lifestyle, public relations, digital media, web and application development, and social media marketing.

Paolo is a well-versed strategic communicator with over nine years of local, regional, and international experience in corporate branding, consumer influence, media relations, reputation management, and crisis management.
Before joining PRecious Communications as Client Services Director and Country Lead of The Philippines, he was Vice President for Corporate Communication and Country Lead of Vero Philippines, Vice President for Healthcare and Client Services of Fleishman Hillard Manila, and Director for Corporate Branding of Ogilvy Manila.
Throughout his career in public relations with the Philippines’ top consulting groups, he provided strategic counsel for leading local and global companies in the following industries: healthcare and pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), insurance and insurtech, financial services and fintech, telecommunications, real estate, travel and lifestyle, and entertainment.
Currently based in Manila, Paolo now leads the growth of PRecious in the Philippines. Apart from building the agency’s portfolio of local partners, Paolo also supports the region on strategic efforts, often providing senior-level counsel on the agency’s B2B corporate, tech, and consumer practices. Paolo and his team also provide in-market support to regional clients who need to execute local activations. An A.R.C. (Access. Resolve. Control.) Certified crisis counsellor, Paolo is also one of the senior members of the crisis management counselling team in the region.
Outside the office, Paolo is an easy-going guy who enjoys spending time with friends and family over a good meal, a cocktail, or a bottle of scotch. A self-confessed foodie and travelholic, Paolo enjoys exploring different parts of the world and understanding different cultures through their culinary offerings.
Paolo graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University.

Joey brings with her 19 years of progressive experience in the PR and communication industry. She has worked with renowned PR agencies from RAPR Mileage Communications to Ogilvy Malaysia. She has managed, led and counselled clients from across the industry including corporate, lifestyle and luxury, tech, automobile, healthcare and education.
Most recently, Joey has worked alongside high-profile clients including The Meta Platforms, International Medical University, IMU Healthcare, Suunto, national fashion trade event Malaysia Fashion Week, Honda Malaysia, and many more corporate and financial clients.

Hien has more than 9 years experiences in the PR industry, driving impactful PR campaigns for a variety of clients across industries within as consumer, FMCG, banking and finance, IT & tech and B2B. Her list of clients include Abbott, AEON, Synology, Emirates Airlines, TH True MILK, Microchip, Cacao International, Seagate, Manulife, Generali, Herbalife. Most significantly, she led the team to support Meta (formerly Facebook) to successfully implement strategic communications campaigns in Vietnam for 4 years in a row.
Based in Vietnam, Hien has a deep understanding about the business, further strengthened with a broad network in the communications industry and close relationship with the media in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
